“Teachers can make such a profound impact on our lives and should be honored as heroes.” — Rainn Wilson
“Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world.” — Nelson Mandela
My Teaching Philosophy:
“Life is too short, and the demands are great, so focus on your path and give it your all; yes, it is tiring and difficult, and it may appear that you are losing your grip, but have faith that one day you will be at the top of the hill.”
My areas of expertise include IT and computer science education. Because the majority of my students are non-IT freshmen or sophomores at the start, I am aware that they will not share my enthusiasm for this subject. Furthermore, this may be the only instance in which students struggle with computer science because they lack the necessary logical skills.
They had no idea that computer science could be such a difficult subject to master. With this in mind, my primary learning objectives for them are to foster an appreciation for the remarkable field of computer science and information technology, as well as to impart critical knowledge and essential skills that will apply to the student’s future careers.
These seven points assist me in maintaining my sense of balance and professional direction.
- Growth is a process that takes time and patience. We are the architects of our development.
- Teachers must emphasize students’ strengths and provide positive feedback to help them grow academically, socially, and emotionally.
- Critical thinking assists students in internalizing knowledge.
- Structure and shared decision-making are essential components of the learning process.
- Success breeds more success.
- Teachers must strive to meet the needs of their students and be aware of the social, emotional, and physical factors that influence the learning process.
- In a multicultural nation, pupils and educators must value diversity while seeking unity. • All teachers must strive for ongoing renewal and development.
Teaching is not a static process. Each class, like each student, is unique. Even though I have taught programming concepts in multiple languages such as Python, Visual Basic, and Java numerous times, I have written new lesson plans each time. I believe in reinventing the wheel each time because every new mind can generate new ideas that have not been done previously.
I certainly reuse materials from previous lessons (questions, Code examples), but class dynamics necessitate different approaches to meet the needs of students. I also create many short program codes personalized for each class to challenge every student’s brain. My students can expect the same thing from me, just as I anticipate the same from them. Class starts and ends on time.
In addition to academic excellence, I believe in fostering a mindset of innovation and adaptability among my students. As the world continues to evolve rapidly, it is essential that our youth are prepared to meet new challenges with creativity and resilience. Through a holistic approach to education, I strive to inspire my students to become lifelong learners, capable of making meaningful contributions to their communities and beyond.
My vision is to see the young generation of Pakistan rise to the occasion, harnessing their potential to drive the nation forward. Together, we can create a future where our youth are not only skilled and knowledgeable but also confident in their ability to shape the world around them.
The experience of guiding and mentoring students towards Google Professional Expert Certifications has been truly rewarding. Through Navid Saqib’s dedication, the youth of Pakistan are being empowered with essential skills that will help them excel on an international stage. With ongoing dedication and divine blessings, I am steadfast in my commitment to this mission, ensuring that our young generation has the chance to flourish and advance just like their global counterparts.
Teaching Tools I Created During My Teaching Phase
Look into teaching tools I Created and used in my teaching carrier to evaluate to track the progress of my students and make things challenging for Them.
Student Performance Tracker:
I developed a solution in the early years of my teaching to track the student’s performance throughout the year, so you can paint a clear picture of the student to management and to parents. In it, a Dashboard clearly reflects the class progress, helps teachers take appropriate measures for weak students, Many of my colleagues and multiple schools are using it to track there students performance. It’s free to download , Click on image to download it.

Exams Result Database :
Being a visiting faculty member, going to multiple esteem institutes in Lahore, Pakistan, and tracking and maintaining the result records of students from different schools is a cumbersome job for me and for my colleagues. This solution helps to efficiently maintain records of exams for o / A-level for the next two years. If a parent calls me and asks me about the result, I have no source to answer that query because all results are submitted to schools. If you are a teacher and go to multiple schools, you can track results through it easily. click the image to download it.

Questions Base :
Being a visiting faculty member, going to multiple esteem institutes in Lahore, Pakistan, to develop question papers or practice worksheets for students is a cumbersome job for me. So I looked up a solution to develop a large database of questions, in which teachers can select the topics of the syllabus, and it can generate a complete paper or a practice sheet randomly. This solution helps to efficiently help students produce practice sheets for class or for individual students if he or she is working on one topic or more. Click the image to download it.

Recorded QR Code Based Video Library:
I feel that something is missing, students should have a large library of questions and solutions related to their educational needs while they are away from school, so from their home while practising question sheets, I should be there to help them, so I began recording question by question to create a huge database for them to have support.

Training Certificates.
During my professional teaching career, I attended many credit hours of training. Here is a sample of some recent training.
My Milestone.
In my professional teaching, I constantly think outside the box to pique my pupils’ curiosity about learning new things. Small accomplishments are very important for reaching greater goals. In response to their request, I taught a two-month course that produced the video game “Super Navid in Night City,” in which one of my students cut off my face and attached it to Superman’s body, and another student cast Bollywood actress Ashwariya as my heroine and abhishek bachchan as my protagonist. here are the few glimpes
